Meetings conclude
A series of public meetings regarding Alabama Power’s rate mechanism concluded on Wednesday, July 17. The final meeting scheduled by the Alabama Public Service Commission took place in Montgomery and focused on the company’s financial operations and capital structure. The public was invited to participate and provide comments. A number of organizations and advocacy groups have been participating in the process over the past three months. They include:
