It’s simple, yet delicious. An old favorite made new again – the Baby Bleu Salad is at one of the Birmingham area’s popular restaurants.

Chris and Laura Zapalowski are the owners of Homewood Gourmet. Although it is an almost 20-year-old establishment, they only five years ago took over the reins from former owner Franklin Biggs.
