Alabama real estate professionals can get up on latest tech at REcharge

Technology has reshaped the way most industries do business and real estate is no exception.
As new advances continue to make the industry more competitive for Realtors, nothing is more important to agents than their time. The 2016 Alabama REcharge Conference will focus on making productivity the top priority for Alabama agents as the year unfolds.

Monica Neubauer, real estate instructor, will be the keynote presenter at this year’s Alabama REcharge Conference.
“Productivity Versus Activity” is the theme to this year’s REcharge event that will take place at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center in Birmingham on April 19.
The Alabama Association of Realtors and the Alabama Center for Real Estate have partnered to present this daylong conference that will feature guest speakers from within the industry offering critical technology and marketing updates Realtors can use to drive their business this year.
As the theme’s title suggests, the aim is to make sure agents aren’t just active, but productive as well.
The keynote presenter, national real estate instructor Monica Neubauer (BR, SRES, GREEN, GRI, CRS, SRS, EPro, AHWD, NSA Member) will teach two sessions during the power-packed conference. The morning session will feature Neubauer’s “Top 10 Tech Tools for Real Estate Success” and the afternoon session will feature Neubauer’s “Sell, Not List” discourse.
Debbie Phillips, president of the international consulting firm, The Quadrillion, will speak on “Building Your Brand and Increasing Your Market Share.”
Managing director of the University of Alabama Sales Program Joe Calamusa IV will speak on “Generational Selling.”
Leighton Dees, chairman & CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Generations, will speak on the the conference’s overall theme, “Productivity Versus Activity.”
ACRE Education Director Jim Lawrence will wrap up REcharge with the final session “The 80/20 Rule: Why Are They Like They Are.”
