Edolyn’s Pies pack powerful goodness with a homemade taste. You can choose from an assortment of lemon chess pies, and pecan or sweet potato pies, both popular this time of year.

Angelyn Ramsey is the founder, owner and baker-in-chief of Edolyn’s Pies. Although she also works as a physician and admittedly loves medicine, she also enjoys baking each pie from scratch.

Edolyn’s Pies is only three years old, but the recipes have been in her family for decades. Her parents have been using them for more than 40 years.

“The recipe has been a family tradition for years. I want to keep that tradition going and allow others to enjoy it as well here in Alabama.”

You can choose a small, personal pie or a large pie. Edolyn’s Pies are created out of the Chef’s Workshop in Hoover. The space is shared by several bakers and Alabama Makers.
