Marco now officially a hurricane

The National Hurricane Center declared Marco a hurricane at 11:30 a.m.
Data from an Air Force Reserve Hurricane Hunter aircraft indicated that Marco has strengthened into a hurricane with maximum winds of 75 mph with higher gusts.
Models show Hurricane Marco could make landfall in Southeast Louisiana Monday evening or Monday night. The system could weaken to tropical storm levels prior to or just after making landfall.
