Like all restaurants, COVID-19 hit Uncle Mick’s hard, dropping sales by 60% initially, according to Lacy Gregg, manager at Uncle Mick’s. But a loyal customer following supported the restaurant’s move to carryout and curbside service and sales have mostly rebounded.
