‘We’ve missed them’

Adrienne Johnson is thrilled to have the doors of the Alabama Power business office and Appliance Center in Saraland back open.
“We just want to tell our customers, ‘Come on back in,’” Johnson said. “We’ve missed them.”
Johnson is one of several customer service representatives who helps Alabama Power customers in and around the Mobile area. Johnson talked to Alabama NewsCenter about the safety plans surrounding the reopening and her excitement about seeing the customers in-person in the following video.
