By substituting chicken thighs for chicken breasts, you ensure your sandwich will be juicy and flavorful. (The Grilling King)
I like chicken breast as much as the next guy, but even when you babysit it on the grill, you can’t always guarantee you won’t end up with a dry piece of meat.
Dry chicken has no place on a sandwich, so my hack is to go with chicken thighs instead. The dark meat is going to stay juicier and my marinade is going to make sure it’s also full of flavor.
