Customers rate the meatloaf as an all-time favorite at G’s Country Kitchen in Huntsville.

“These family recipes have brought family and friends together for three decades,” said Greta Russell, owner of the restaurant.

Her parents specialized in home cooking and shared their culinary passion with their 13 children.

Russell says the special blend of seasonings is one of the reasons this dish made the Alabama Tourism Department’s list.
