Thankfully, at Crawmama’s in Guntersville, you don’t have to choose.

The crawfish have been prepared in the same stainless-steel kettle for years using seasonings during the boil and after that co-owner Charlotte Webb is not willing to share.

The crawfish earned their way onto the Alabama Tourism Department’s list of “100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die.”
