A short parade that ended with a ceremony at Bryant-Denny Stadium brought the Alabama Crimson Tide together with fans to celebrate the football program’s NCAA-record 16th national championship.

Alabama NewsCenter photographer Christopher Jones was there to capture these images from the celebration.

From Denny Chimes through the Walk of Champions, players, coaches, and even the Million Dollar Band made their way to the steps at the north end of the stadium. A ceremony there included the presentation of the Cotton Bowl Trophy, Amway Coaches Trophy and College Football Playoff National Championship Trophy. The latest national championship was written in stone with “2015” etched in the wall at the base of the statue of head coach Nick Saban.

“We certainly appreciate you braving the cold and the conditions that we have today, but that kind of spirit exemplifies what the University of Alabama stand for and that kind of spirit characterizes what this team was all about this year,” Saban told the crowd.
