“In nature there are no rewards or punishments, only consequences. You have to make choices every day. My whole life has been a learning experience and I’m still learning. After fooling with cattle for over 50 years, I have learned that I still got a lot to learn. It’s a passion, a way of life. God has put us on this Earth to take care of those cattle and we feel like that’s our responsibility. Lipscomb is a former Alabama Cattlemen’s Association president. He said one of his proudest accomplishments was being recognized by his peers for his positive contributions to the cattle industry in Alabama.
