At Tally-Ho restaurant in Selma, there are prizes all over the menu, and this landmark has been serving them to guests for decades.

Perhaps chief among the prizes is the ribeye. Hand-cut and grilled on an open flame, the steaks are the best-selling item on the menu. The Tally-Ho Ribeye is also on the Alabama Tourism Department’s list of 100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama.
