Purveyor has quickly established itself as a special place among the Rocket City’s culinary scene.

From its Instagramable tabletops to its well-curated bourbon, booze and beer selections, it is a destination.

Of course, what matters most is the food and Purveyor has certainly established its reputation there as well.

While scanning the menu, your eyes may jump directly to the entrees, fish or steak, but don’ t overlook the “Small Plates.” That’s where you will find the Ahi Tuna Poke Tacos. The mix of yellowfin tuna with a spicy sesame sauce and yuzu kosho served in a fresh-made gyoza shell and topped with an avocado mousse comes in a serving of five.
