Performer: Seratones
Type of music: Rock’n’roll
About: Hailing from Shreveport, Louisiana, Seratones bring their impactful Southern rock sound to SlossFest after recently releasing their debut album, “Get Gone.” The foursome connected over a mutual love of punk rock, and the members have played in various configurations over the past decade, forming Seratones a couple of years ago. The group is led by the unamplified voice of frontwoman AJ Haynes, who started singing publicly in church at age 6. Together, Haynes, drummer Jesse Gabriel and brothers Adam and Connor Davis on bass and guitar deliver a combination of rock, soul and their punk origins. This fall, the band will join St. Paul and the Broken Bones on tour before heading out on their own United States headline tour.
